Orders are processed and shipped the next business day!
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been shipped. However, if your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Flat Rate Shipping across Canada: via Canada Post. $15
Rural/Remote areas: Certain locations do require additional shipping charges. These areas do not qualify for flat rate shipping. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order.
*US and International Orders: Please e-mail us at info@gensarm.com before placing your order as we only accept INTERAC E-TRANSFER (email money transfer) and Cryptocurrencies.
Note: Weekends & holidays do not count as a shipping day.
